Caregiver advisor for Montreal East territory
Reporting to the Clinical Services Coordinator, the Caregiver Counsellor is an integral part of the Alzheimer Society of Montreal’s Réseau-conseil team. The person’s mission will be to accompany caregivers of people with a neurocognitive disorder throughout their journey, and more specifically to provide them with individual psychosocial support, information and resources for coping with daily challenges. The incumbent will also be responsible for developing links with local community resources to facilitate local access to services.

At home respite service provider
The role involves designing and facilitating personalized therapeutic stimulation adapted to the needs of people living with a neurocognitive disorder, writing regular reports and communicating with the families of those affected by Alzheimer’s disease.
