Become a Member of the Alzheimer Society of Montreal!

The Alzheimer Society of Montreal was founded by a small group of volunteers and caregivers in 1981. This year, the Society celebrates 40 years of actions and services provided to Montrealers living with a neurocognitive disorder and their caregivers. This journey would not have been possible without the engagement of community members such as you.

As a member, you participate in the Society’s community culture and vote at the annual general meeting each year.

Discover the Advantages of Becoming a Member for Only $30!

The last year was a challenge for our organization and the year ahead also has a number of challenges in store. That’s why the engagement of our members is more crucial than ever!

Our membership program has been modified to allow even more community members to benefit from its advantages throughout the year, including:

  • A vote at the annual general meeting, and a copy of the annual report and financial statements;
  • An invitation to the vernissage of the exhibition of artwork created by participants in the Society’s art therapy program;
  • Bimonthly newsletter by email;
  • 20 % off our 6-week information and support groups for caregivers;
  • 10 % off our 16-hour core training for health care professionals;
  • An invitation to conferences and participation in a range of prize draws (shows, VIP events, etc.).

A member number will be attributed to you and sent with your tax receipt.
