Tamara Ciorra
Adapted Living Environment Counsellor and Trainer
A Concordia University graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Leisure and a specialization in Therapeutic Recreation, she enlivens all living environments as much as her personal life. In the winter, Tamara loves to ski, while in the summer, she spends her free time rollerblading.
Tamara has several years of experience as a volunteer and professional in residences and CHSLDs.
She creates meaningful connections wherever she goes! As an Italian, she sincerely believes, that food, like the trainings she gives, has the power to bring people together.

Sarah Errou
Trainer and advisor in adapting living environments
With a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and a diploma in pedagogy, Sarah began her career as a mathematics teacher, before discovering her true passion with psychology.
While completing her psychology studies, she volunteered at a psychosocial research center in Lebanon. She later added training as a certified hypnotherapist consultant to her spectrum of skills.
On her arrival in Quebec, Sarah worked in a residence for the elderly, where she dedicated herself to geriatrics, with a keen interest in improving seniors’ quality of life.
