• Conduct initial visits to clients’ homes and follow up with individuals
awaiting services
• Design and lead personalized therapeutic stimulation activities (cognitive,
sensory, physical, etc.) in clients’ homes
• Provide respite and stimulation services in a safe environment that
respects the company’s values for the person being cared for and their caregiver
• Write intervention reports and maintain records in accordance with
standards
• Independently supervise and oversee the management of the operations of the team
of home care workers
• Plan schedules and match workers with families
• Lead team meetings to support workers in complex cases and assist them in developing
and leading their activities
• Provide administrative support for the team of caregivers (writing reports,
enforcing procedures and best practices, conducting inventory of stimulation equipment,
collecting statistical data)
• Manage the waiting list and ensure the quality of services provided.
