Membership: A Strong Commitment to Your Community!

For over 45 years, the Alzheimer Society of Montreal (the Society) has been THE reference for information, support and services for people affected by neurocognitive disorders, the most common of which is Alzheimer’s disease. Founded by a small committee of volunteer caregivers, this Montreal institution has grown to extend its positive reach to all Montrealers.

Membership: Much More Than A Donation!

Becoming a member of the Alzheimer Society of Montreal offers you many advantages:

The right to vote at the Annual General Meeting (AGM)—share your questions and express your appreciation to the Society.

Exclusive invitations to vernissages of artworks created by participants in our art therapy workshops.

Participation in the Society’s community activities—various activities, such as conferences on neurocognitive disorders and other gathering opportunities.

Participate in the longevity of the Society’s mission and human values of support and mutual aid.

At the Annual General Meeting (AGA), members have the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with other members of the Board of Directors, management and staff, and to learn about the year’s highlights as we present our annual activity report.
